We are a web-based factory satellite office specializing in producing both custom and stock hair systems. This allows the client to cut out the middle man and order directly from the factory, so that we can offer you a hair piece at a wholesale price.

Do you offer African American Hair as one of the options available?

Yes, we can duplicate any hair system with African American Hair, Caucasian Hair, as well as Synthetic Hair - using the best quality human hair available.

Where is your business located?

We are strictly a web-based business, but we do have locations primarily in the Southwest United States as well as California. However, we do have hair replacement clients from all over the world.

What are your shipping rates when ordering?

A standard flat shipping rate of $18.50 is required for all purchases within the continental U.S.A. unless a client is interested in having their order shipped 2nd day or 3rd day. For any International order, Mastercard or Visa is required to place the order, as long as the credit card is valid for purchases made in the U.S.A. Please call or email for shipping rates for the country of destination. All orders are shipped and insured through UPS.

What is your return policy?

There are NO returns on hair piece systems. Since our hair replacement products are custom and our stock hair replacement systems are provided at such a low cost, we do not offer returns.

Do you sell wigs?

Our custom hair systems and stock hair systems are not wigs or toupees. They are hair systems that use actual human hair of the best quality, fit to match your needs.
